West Palm Beach Waterfront

WPB waterfront.png

The City of West Palm Beach wanted to celebrate its waterfront, a major community asset along the Intracoastal Waterway. So, it engaged in a collaborative effort between the City's urban design staff and Michael Singer Studio. The City demolished it's aging library, creating a place for the Waterfront Commons, a space that hosts a variety of activities ranging from a weekly farmers market to an outdoor theater. Piers extending into the waterway encourage the observation and exploration of Florida's rich marine life.
